Job Description:
The Clinical Operations Consultant in Al Daayen supports healthcare facilities by optimizing clinical processes, improving patient flow, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations. This role involves analyzing clinical workflows, resource utilization, and operational bottlenecks to recommend improvements that enhance quality of care and operational efficiency.
The consultant collaborates with clinical leadership, nursing staff, and administrative teams to design and implement policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with Qatar’s healthcare guidelines. Key tasks include overseeing clinical project management, facilitating interdisciplinary communication, and supporting performance metrics tracking. The consultant also assists in integrating health IT systems, managing change during clinical transformation initiatives, and ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.

Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related clinical field; Master’s degree preferred.
Experience: 5–7 years in clinical operations, healthcare management, or hospital administration.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of clinical workflows and healthcare delivery systems.
Experience with quality assurance, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
Ability to manage clinical projects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and electronic medical records (EMR).
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Language: Proficient in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
Other Requirements:
Knowledge of Qatar’s Ministry of Public Health regulations and accreditation standards.
Certifications in healthcare quality or project management (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma) preferred.
