Job Description:
The Business Strategy Lead in Al Wakrah is responsible for shaping and executing high-impact business strategies that drive growth, innovation, and competitive positioning. This role requires a mix of analytical rigor, commercial insight, and leadership to support strategic decision-making at senior levels.
Key responsibilities include leading strategic assessments, identifying new business opportunities, optimizing existing operations, and managing strategic projects from inception to delivery. The role involves close collaboration with functional leaders, executives, and external consultants to align strategic initiatives with corporate goals. Duties also include conducting market and competitor analysis, preparing board-level presentations, and guiding change management efforts.
Positioned in Al Wakrah—a city undergoing major infrastructure and commercial development—this role is central to supporting business evolution in a rapidly changing economic landscape.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
Experience: 6–10 years in business strategy, corporate planning, or management consulting roles.
Skills:
Advanced strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
Strong financial modeling and data interpretation skills.
Experience managing cross-functional strategic initiatives.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in strategic analysis tools (Porter’s Five Forces, BCG Matrix, etc.).
Language: Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
