Job Description:
The Fleet Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and performance of a company’s fleet, ensuring vehicles are operational, compliant, and cost-effective. Duties include scheduling routine maintenance, coordinating repairs, managing vehicle inspections, and maintaining service records. The role also involves supervising drivers, monitoring fleet tracking systems, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The supervisor plays a key role in fleet asset management, cost control, and efficiency optimization to support seamless logistics and transport operations.
Job Requirement:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Automotive Technology, or related discipline
Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet supervision or vehicle maintenance
Strong understanding of vehicle diagnostics, maintenance procedures, and scheduling
Proficient in fleet management software and tracking tools
Ability to lead teams and manage service schedules efficiently
Knowledge of Qatar traffic and transport safety regulations
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
Valid Qatar driving license is required
