Job Description:
The Operations Director in Al Khor is responsible for overseeing the daily operational activities of the organization to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability. Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
Experience: 8+ years in operations management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.

Expertise in process optimization, supply chain management, and budgeting.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building abilities.
Proficiency in project management and ERP systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
