The 3D CAD Designer in Al Daayen, Russia, is responsible for developing high-precision 3D models and visual representations of buildings, infrastructure, and construction elements. Working closely with architects, structural engineers, and MEP designers, the role involves translating technical concepts and sketches into fully developed 3D digital designs using advanced CAD software.
Key duties include creating parametric 3D models, detailing construction components, preparing visual walkthroughs, and ensuring the integration of architectural, structural, and mechanical elements. The designer also collaborates on clash detection, design optimization, and design coordination during pre-construction and construction phases. These 3D models form the backbone of project planning, permitting, and construction execution.
The position requires deep technical skills, creativity, and precision to meet evolving industry demands while aligning with Russian building regulations and international BIM standards.
Job Requirement:
Education: Degree or diploma in Architecture, Drafting, Mechanical Design, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years in 3D CAD design within the construction, architecture, or engineering sectors.
Skills:
Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD 3D, Rhino, Navisworks, and other 3D modeling software.
Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles.
Ability to produce detailed technical 3D models and construction documentation.
Knowledge of clash detection tools and BIM coordination processes.
Skilled in visual rendering and presentation creation.
Language: Fluent in Russian; English proficiency is preferred for collaboration with international teams.
