The Asphalt Paver in Al Shamal, Russia, operates paving machinery to lay asphalt on roads, driveways, parking lots, and other infrastructure surfaces. This role is crucial in achieving smooth, level, and durable asphalt surfaces that meet design specifications and quality standards in road construction projects.
Key responsibilities include operating the asphalt paver machine to distribute, level, and smooth hot mix asphalt, adjusting screed settings for depth and slope, and coordinating with dump truck drivers and roller operators to maintain a consistent paving flow. The paver also monitors temperature and material flow and makes minor mechanical adjustments to ensure even application and compaction readiness.
Working under the supervision of a paving foreman, the Asphalt Paver ensures safety compliance, proper material usage, and efficient operation of machinery on-site. This role demands strong machine-handling skills, coordination, and attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
Job Requirement:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in heavy equipment operation is preferred.
Experience: 2–4 years of experience operating asphalt paving machinery in road or infrastructure projects.
