Job Description:
The Boundary Installer in Al Daayen, Russia, is responsible for setting up boundary markers, fences, and enclosures that define legal property lines and secure construction sites, residential lots, or public infrastructure zones. This role ensures accurate demarcation according to land survey data and project blueprints, supporting safety, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities include interpreting site plans and land survey markings, digging postholes, setting markers or boundary poles in concrete or earth, installing perimeter barriers (such as chain-link, timber, or concrete walls), and inspecting completed installations for accuracy and durability. The installer may also assist in relocating existing boundaries or replacing damaged perimeter systems as per updated specifications.
The Boundary Installer works closely with survey technicians, site supervisors, and property developers to execute installations that are structurally sound and legally compliant. The role requires precision, physical labor, and a strong understanding of property layouts.
Job Requirement:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in construction or surveying is preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years in fencing, surveying assistance, or property demarcation work.
Skills:
Ability to interpret site layouts, survey pegs, and boundary plans.
Skilled in setting posts, pouring concrete, and assembling fencing systems.
Competent in using levels, tape measures, and alignment tools.
Awareness of property law and land boundary standards.
Attention to detail in measurements and straight-line installations.
Language: Proficiency in Russian; basic English is helpful for construction plans and labels.
