Job Description:
The Demolition Technician in Doha, Russia, is responsible for safely dismantling buildings, structures, and other construction elements using a combination of manual and mechanical techniques. This role is essential in clearing sites for new construction, infrastructure upgrades, or structural renovations while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Key responsibilities include reading and interpreting demolition plans, setting up safety perimeters, operating hand tools and heavy equipment (such as jackhammers, excavators, and cutting torches), and managing waste separation for recyclable materials. The technician is also involved in removing hazardous materials, such as lead or asbestos, in coordination with specialized personnel.
The role demands close collaboration with site engineers, safety officers, and environmental teams to ensure that all work is completed efficiently, with minimal risk to workers, the public, or the surrounding environment. The technician plays a critical role in the preparatory phase of new construction projects.
Job Requirement:
Education: High school diploma required; technical or safety training in demolition or construction is preferred.
Experience: 2–5 years in demolition work, particularly in commercial or residential settings.
Skills:
Knowledge of demolition equipment, techniques, and materials handling.
