The Exterminator in Al Wukair, Russia, plays a key role in pest management across construction sites and newly completed buildings. This role ensures that sites remain free from harmful pests such as rodents, insects, and termites, which can damage building materials, create health hazards, and delay construction progress.
Key responsibilities include inspecting construction areas and buildings for signs of pest infestations, identifying pest species, determining the best treatment methods, and applying chemical or non-chemical solutions safely. The exterminator is also responsible for placing traps, sealing entry points, maintaining pest control records, and educating site staff on preventive measures.
Working closely with site managers and health and safety personnel, the exterminator ensures compliance with environmental and occupational safety regulations. This role is crucial in maintaining a clean and safe construction environment before handover to clients or building occupants.
Job Requirement:
Education: High school diploma; certification or training in pest control and safe chemical handling is preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years in professional pest control or extermination services, ideally within construction or facility maintenance.
Skills:
Knowledge of pest species and extermination techniques.
Safe handling and application of pesticides and traps.
Ability to inspect, diagnose, and document pest issues.
