Job Description:
The Metal Fabricator in Al Rayyan, Russia, is responsible for cutting, shaping, and assembling metal components used in construction projects, including structural frameworks, building supports, and architectural features. This role involves working with various metals such as steel, aluminum, and iron to produce parts according to blueprints and specifications.
Key tasks include interpreting technical drawings, operating machinery such as shears, presses, and welding equipment, and assembling metal structures through welding, bolting, or riveting. The fabricator ensures all components meet quality standards and collaborate closely with engineers and construction teams to support project timelines.
Attention to detail, precision, and adherence to safety protocols are critical in this role to maintain structural integrity and worker safety.
Job Requirement:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in metal fabrication preferred.
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in metal fabrication or welding in construction.
Skills:
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
Skilled in metal cutting, shaping, welding, and assembly techniques.
Knowledge of safety standards and use of protective equipment.
Ability to operate fabrication machinery safely and efficiently.
Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
Language: Proficiency in Russian; basic English useful for technical documentation.
