Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Agricultural Equipment Operator to support farm operations and crop production activities in Woodlands, Singapore. The Agricultural Equipment Operator is responsible for safely operating, maintaining, and transporting a variety of agricultural machinery and equipment used in planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
Key responsibilities include operating tractors, ploughs, seeders, harvesters, sprayers, and other mechanized tools essential to modern farming practices. The operator will prepare fields for planting, distribute fertilizers and pesticides, and assist in harvesting crops efficiently while minimizing crop damage.
In addition to machinery operation, the role includes conducting routine equipment inspections, performing basic maintenance, and reporting mechanical issues to ensure all equipment runs smoothly and safely. The Agricultural Equipment Operator will collaborate closely with farm supervisors, agronomists, and field workers to complete tasks according to seasonal farming schedules.
