We are seeking a hardworking and versatile Agricultural Maintenance Worker to join our farming operations team in Yishun. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the upkeep and maintenance of agricultural facilities, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure smooth daily operations across crop and livestock areas.
Your main duties will include performing general maintenance tasks such as repairing fences, irrigation systems, farm buildings, and greenhouses. You will assist with the upkeep of farm machinery and vehicles by performing basic maintenance like cleaning, oiling, and minor repairs. Regular groundskeeping activities, including mowing, pruning, clearing debris, and maintaining drainage systems, will also form part of your responsibilities.
You will work closely with farm supervisors and equipment operators to ensure that field infrastructure is in good working order, materials and supplies are well-stocked, and that safety standards are maintained across the farm. Supporting farm operations by moving materials, setting up equipment, and assisting during planting or harvesting seasons may be required.
This position offers a varied, hands-on role for individuals who enjoy outdoor work, are mechanically inclined, and want to contribute to the productivity and sustainability of agricultural operations.
