Key responsibilities include operating the wheel loader to load and unload materials into trucks, stockpiles, or designated areas, maintaining smooth and safe operation of the equipment, and performing tasks related to site preparation and material handling. You will conduct routine equipment inspections, carry out basic maintenance, and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues to ensure optimal equipment performance. Coordination with other construction workers, site supervisors, and truck drivers to ensure efficient and safe material transport is essential.
