We are looking for an Advanced Clinical Support Specialist to assist in the delivery of specialized medical care in hospitals and outpatient settings in Barcelona. You will support physicians and nurses in performing advanced procedures, managing patient care plans, and ensuring smooth operation of diagnostic or therapeutic equipment.
Your duties will include monitoring patients pre- and post-procedure, documenting clinical findings, coordinating appointments, and educating patients about treatments. This role requires precision, empathy, and multitasking under pressure in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Job Requirement:
Applicants must possess a nursing diploma or healthcare technician certification, with three years of clinical experience in a hospital setting. You must be skilled in clinical protocols, patient triage, medical documentation, and basic life support procedures.
Proficiency with EHR systems, diagnostic tools, and infection control practices is expected. You should demonstrate excellent clinical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams. Spanish fluency and familiarity with Catalonian healthcare standards are required.
