Job Description:

We are looking to hire a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our healthcare facility in Barcelona. In this role, you will support registered nurses by providing essential patient care such as hygiene assistance, feeding, vital signs monitoring, and mobility aid. You are a vital presence in the daily lives of patients, offering both clinical support and emotional comfort.

Your responsibilities include helping patients bathe, dress, and reposition. You will document food intake, urine output, and temperature readings. CNAs also support wound care, toileting, and preventive care under supervision. You will communicate with families, maintain a clean and safe environment, and promptly report any health changes.

This role provides meaningful, hands-on healthcare experience. Working as a CNA requires dedication, compassion, and stamina. You will be involved in every stage of the patient’s recovery or daily care plan. Your empathy and clinical attention are vital to hospital operations and patient satisfaction.

Job Requirement:

Applicants must have a CNA certification from an accredited training provider. Experience in a hospital or long-term care facility is highly preferred. You must have knowledge of basic nursing techniques, patient hygiene, and monitoring skills.

You must be physically fit to support patient transfers and repositioning, as well as work long shifts, including nights and weekends. Familiarity with infection control, PPE, and health monitoring tools is required. You must demonstrate attention to detail and patient-centered care.

Excellent communication skills are necessary to interact with patients, families, and staff. Compassion, patience, and professionalism are key in supporting individuals who are ill, elderly, or recovering from surgery. Fluency in Spanish is required; English proficiency is a plus.

You must clear background checks, health screenings, and hospital orientation. CPR and first aid certification are advantageous.
