Job Description:
We are hiring a Certified Phlebotomy Technician to join our clinical diagnostics team in Granada. In this role, you will draw blood specimens from patients, label and process samples, and ensure proper chain of custody for laboratory delivery. You will interact with patients of all ages and must create a calm, reassuring environment while following infection control standards and sterile technique protocols.
Job Requirement:
Certification in phlebotomy is required, along with proven experience in venipuncture and specimen labeling. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Applicants must be familiar with safety protocols, biohazard labeling, and sample storage procedures. Spanish fluency and comfort working in a fast-paced clinical environment are needed.
