Job Description:
We are seeking a Clinical Care Specialist to provide hands‑on care and clinical support to patients across various care settings in Seville. You’ll assist healthcare professionals with treatments, vital signs monitoring, wound care, patient hygiene, and mobility assistance. Your role includes documenting clinical observations, communicating patient needs to the care team, and ensuring adherence to care plans. You will also support patient education, emotional well‑being, and safe discharge procedures, collaborating closely with nurses, physicians, and allied health staff. Job Requirement:
Candidates should hold a healthcare or clinical assistant certification and have at least two years of experience in patient care. You must be skilled in measuring and recording vitals, assisting with wound dressing, spotting during mobilization, and reporting clinical changes. Excellent interpersonal communication, attention to detail, and empathy are essential. Familiarity with clinical documentation systems, infection control protocols, and basic medical equipment (e.g., BP monitors, oxymeters) is required. A valid healthcare license and good knowledge of Spanish clinical care standards are expected. Flexibility to work rotating shifts and respond to emergency calls is mandatory.
