Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Agricultural Applicator to join our team in Valencia. As an Agricultural Applicator, you will be responsible for the safe and effective application of pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, and fertilizers across our agricultural fields. Your primary role will be to ensure that chemicals are applied in a manner that maximizes crop health while adhering to all safety standards and environmental regulations.
You will operate specialized equipment such as sprayers and spreaders, calibrating them to ensure the correct amount of treatment is applied. Additionally, you will be responsible for mixing and preparing chemicals, keeping records of applications, and reporting any issues related to the application process. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of crop protection and nutrient management, as well as the ability to identify pests, diseases, and nutritional deficiencies in crops. You will work closely with farm management to optimize crop yields and ensure that all practices align with sustainability standards.
