Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Agricultural Field Hand to join our farming team in Valencia. This role involves a wide range of tasks associated with field crop production, including planting, weeding, irrigating, and harvesting various crops. You will work directly under the supervision of farm managers to ensure crops are maintained according to industry standards, promoting healthy growth and optimal yields.
Your daily responsibilities will include checking crop health, assisting with pest control, and supporting irrigation efforts to ensure plants receive the appropriate amount of water. You will also be responsible for maintaining tools and equipment, assisting in the preparation of fields for planting, and ensuring crops are harvested at peak maturity. This is a physically demanding position that requires you to work long hours, often in varying weather conditions.
