Job Description:
We are seeking an Agricultural Calibration Specialist to inspect, adjust, and calibrate spraying, seeding, and fertilizer application equipment in our Valencia farms. This role is key to maintaining efficiency and avoiding under- or over-application of inputs.
You will conduct test runs, make mechanical or electronic adjustments, and record calibration data. You’ll work with farm machinery operators and help train them on maintaining calibration throughout the season.
Your expertise will ensure crop treatments are accurate and cost-effective.
Job Requirement:
A technical diploma in agricultural machinery or mechanics is highly desirable. Experience with precision agriculture tools, GPS-controlled systems, or hydraulic equipment is preferred.
You must be detail-oriented, mechanically skilled, and capable of performing outdoor fieldwork. Spanish fluency is needed for on-site coordination. A basic understanding of agrochemical and seed equipment is required.
