Job Description:
We are hiring an Agricultural Fertilizer Mixer to assist in blending and preparing nutrient mixtures for crop applications at our Valencia facility. You will handle raw ingredients, measure specific ratios, and ensure consistent blending according to agricultural guidelines.
Daily responsibilities include operating mixing equipment, recording batch data, and ensuring workplace cleanliness. You will also help load fertilizer batches for transport or field application.
This position plays a critical part in supporting soil fertility and crop health across our farming operations.
Job Requirement:
Candidates should be physically fit and familiar with handling powdered or granulated materials. Prior experience with fertilizer mixing or chemical handling is preferred.
You must understand safety protocols and wear proper PPE during tasks. Knowledge of basic mathematics and the ability to follow mixing formulas accurately is required. Spanish language proficiency is essential.
