Job Description:
We are hiring an Agricultural Grading Assistant to support the sorting and grading of fresh produce according to quality standards in Barcelona. You will assist with manual and automated grading lines, ensuring produce meets size, color, and ripeness specifications before packaging or export.
Daily tasks include removing damaged items, verifying grader settings, and collaborating with quality control teams. Your work ensures product consistency and consumer satisfaction.
You’ll also record grading outcomes for reporting and traceability.
Job Requirement:
Prior experience in produce handling or quality control is preferred. You should have a good eye for detail and ability to identify defects quickly.
Spanish communication skills for reading grading charts and instructions are required. Physical fitness to stand and perform repetitive tasks is essential.
