Job Description:
We are hiring an Apparel Inventory Clerk for our fashion warehouse in Madrid. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking, recording, and organizing all incoming and outgoing garments, ensuring inventory levels are always accurate and up to date.
You will use digital inventory systems to log entries, conduct periodic stock counts, and assist with reports on product availability. You’ll coordinate closely with packing, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure smooth flow of stock across departments.
This position supports operational efficiency and helps prevent shortages or overstock issues.
Job Requirement:
Candidates should have experience using inventory or warehouse software such as SAP, Zoho, or similar. Basic computer proficiency is a must, along with attention to detail and strong numeracy.
You should be able to manage records manually when needed and cross-check documentation against physical stock. A diploma or equivalent qualification in logistics, supply chain, or accounting is preferred.
