Your daily tasks include selecting appropriate threads and fabrics, setting up sewing machines, and performing complex stitching patterns on various types of garments. You will also inspect finished products for defects and make necessary adjustments or repairs.

Working closely with designers and quality control teams, you will contribute to improving sewing techniques and ensuring consistency across production batches. Adherence to safety standards and maintaining a clean work environment are key responsibilities.

The position demands attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently under time constraints in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Proficiency with different sewing techniques, knowledge of fabric types, and familiarity with quality control standards are essential. Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor machine maintenance is an advantage.

Good hand-eye coordination, patience, and the ability to work collaboratively in a production team are important. Candidates should be able to read technical patterns and garment specifications.

Flexibility to work shifts and meet production deadlines is necessary. Safety awareness and adherence to workplace protocols complete the ideal candidate profile.
