Job Requirement:
Degree in Education, Counseling, or a related academic field
Experience in academic advising or student support services
Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills
Knowledge of Swiss and international education systems
Ability to guide students through curriculum choices and career planning
Familiarity with academic performance tracking systems
Excellent organizational and communication abilities
Fluent in English and German; French is an asset
Understanding of higher education policies and academic regulations
Empathetic, detail-oriented, and proactive in addressing student needs
