Job Description:
A Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) in Zurich manages the administrative backbone of the organization, including HR, legal, compliance, IT, and facility operations. The CAO ensures operational efficiency while supporting the CEO and leadership team in executing strategic goals. In Zurich’s high-performing corporate environment, the CAO plays a critical role in shaping internal governance, policy development, and interdepartmental coordination. The position focuses on optimizing workflows, reducing risk, and enhancing internal controls and employee satisfaction.
Job Requirement:
Degree in Business Administration, Law, or related discipline; MBA preferred
At least 10 years in senior administrative or operational roles
Proven leadership in governance, compliance, and organizational policy
Strong familiarity with Zurich’s business and regulatory standards
Fluent in English and German; French is an advantage
High-level communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Proficiency in HRIS, ERP, and compliance management systems
Experience managing legal and corporate risk frameworks
Strong decision-making and resource allocation skills
Ability to support change management and organizational efficiency
