As a Beverage Pairing Expert in Geneva, your role is to recommend and serve the best beverage combinations to enhance the guest dining experience. This includes pairing wines, cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages with various dishes. You will work closely with the culinary team to develop pairing menus and guide guests through tasting experiences. The role demands a refined palate, strong interpersonal skills, and an understanding of beverage trends. You will also educate staff and assist in managing the beverage inventory.
