Job Description:

A Digital Marketing Manager in Bern is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. The role encompasses SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content strategy. In Bern’s diverse business ecosystem—including public sector, IT, and commerce—the manager aligns digital tactics with organizational objectives. Job Requirement:

  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field

  • Strong experience in managing digital marketing campaigns

  • Expertise in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and social media advertising

  • Proficiency with CMS platforms and marketing automation tools

  • Excellent content creation and strategic planning skills

  • Fluent in English and German; French is a plus

  • Experience analyzing marketing data and reporting KPIs
