Job Description: Summary: We are seeking an experienced Advertising Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Advertising Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing advertising strategies, managing advertising campaigns, and driving brand awareness and customer engagement. Your expertise in advertising planning, campaign execution, and team management will contribute to the success of our marketing, advertising, and PR initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Advertising Strategy: Develop comprehensive advertising strategies aligned with business objectives, target audience, and market trends, focusing on brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement. Campaign Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, media planning, and marketing, to develop effective advertising campaigns that resonate with the target audience and convey key messages. Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, tracking expenses, and optimizing spend to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI. Creative Development: Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling and impactful advertising materials, such as print ads, TV commercials, digital banners, and social media content. Media Planning and Buying: Collaborate with media planning teams to identify suitable media channels, negotiate advertising rates, and secure placements to reach the target audience effectively. Campaign Execution: Oversee the execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to brand guidelines, and seamless integration across different advertising channels. Performance Tracking and Analysis: Monitor and analyze advertising campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports and insights, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities, using these insights to inform advertising strategies and messaging. Team Management: Lead and manage advertising teams, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to team members, fostering collaboration and professional development. Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in advertising, keeping abreast of the latest advancements and innovative advertising techniques.

Job Requirement: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an Advertising Manager or similar role in the marketing, advertising, or PR industry. In-depth knowledge of advertising principles, strategies, and industry trends. Strong understanding of advertising planning, campaign execution, and media buying. Proficiency in managing advertising budgets and optimizing campaign performance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, track campaign performance, and provide actionable insights. Leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams to deliver outstanding results. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Familiarity with advertising tools, software, and analytics platforms. Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market, consumer preferences, and local advertising landscape is a plus.
