Job Description: Summary: We are looking for a skilled Market Researcher to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Market Researcher, you will play a key role in gathering and analyzing data to provide valuable insights that drive marketing, advertising, and PR strategies. Your expertise in research methodologies, data analysis, and industry trends will contribute to the success of our campaigns and help us better understand our target audience. Key Responsibilities: Research Planning: Design and develop research plans to address specific marketing, advertising, and PR objectives, considering target audience, industry trends, and business goals. Data Collection: Conduct primary and secondary research, utilizing various methods such as surveys, interviews, focus groups, and data analysis tools, to gather relevant data and insights. Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor activities, market trends, and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities, threats, and market gaps. Consumer Behavior Analysis: Study consumer behaviors, preferences, and buying patterns through surveys, interviews, and data analysis to understand target audience motivations and inform marketing strategies. Data Analysis: Analyze collected data using statistical techniques, data visualization tools, and market research software to derive meaningful insights and recommendations. Report Generation: Prepare detailed research reports and presentations, summarizing findings, key trends, and actionable recommendations for marketing, advertising, and PR teams. Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with market trends, emerging technologies, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities or threats for the business. Collaborative Work: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketers, copywriters, and designers, to align research findings with marketing strategies and campaign development. Quality Control: Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of research data through rigorous quality control measures and adherence to research protocols. Client Engagement: Work closely with clients or internal stakeholders to understand research requirements, provide regular updates, and deliver actionable insights that support decision-making processes.

Job Requirement: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Market Research, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience as a Market Researcher or similar role in the marketing, advertising, or PR industry. Strong knowledge of research methodologies, data collection techniques, and statistical analysis. Proficiency in using market research tools, survey software, and data analysis software. Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends and patterns. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus. Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection, analysis, and reporting. Ability to work independently and manage multiple research projects within deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
