Job Description: Summary: We are currently seeking a skilled Media Buyer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Media Buyer, you will be responsible for planning, negotiating, and executing media buying strategies to reach our target audience effectively. Your expertise in media planning, budget management, and market analysis will contribute to the success of our marketing, advertising, and PR campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Media Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop media strategies and plans that align with campaign objectives and target audience. Budget Allocation: Determine media budgets and allocate resources effectively across different channels, including television, radio, print, outdoor, and digital platforms. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze audience demographics, media consumption habits, and competitor activities to identify optimal media channels and placement opportunities. Negotiation: Negotiate media rates, contracts, and placements with media vendors to secure the best deals and maximize return on investment. Campaign Execution: Coordinate the implementation and scheduling of media campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of advertisements across selected channels. Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the performance of media campaigns, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights for optimization and future media planning. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors, publishers, and agencies to stay informed about industry trends and negotiate favorable terms. Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on media campaign performance, including reach, frequency, and cost per acquisition, and present findings to stakeholders. Ad Creative Coordination: Collaborate with creative teams to develop effective ad creatives that resonate with the target audience and meet media requirements. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of emerging media trends, new advertising platforms, and industry developments to incorporate innovative strategies into media planning and buying.

Job Requirement: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Media Buyer or similar role in the marketing, advertising, or PR industry. In-depth knowledge of media planning and buying practices across various channels, including traditional and digital media. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to secure competitive rates and favorable media placements. Proficiency in media buying tools and software. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable recommendations. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey media strategies and insights to stakeholders. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines. Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi market and media landscape is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
