Job Description: Summary: We are currently seeking a skilled Digital Marketer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Digital Marketer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote our brand and drive customer engagement. Your expertise in digital channels, data analysis, and marketing trends will contribute to the success of our marketing, advertising, and PR initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, target audience, and industry trends. Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage digital campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media, email marketing, and display advertising. Content Creation: Collaborate with copywriters and designers to create engaging and impactful digital content, such as website copy, blog articles, social media posts, and email newsletters. Audience Targeting: Conduct market research and utilize analytics tools to identify target audiences and tailor marketing campaigns to their preferences and behaviors. SEO and SEM: Optimize website content and manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings. Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies, create compelling content, and engage with followers to build brand awareness and foster customer loyalty. Email Marketing: Plan and execute effective email marketing campaigns, including segmenting audiences, designing templates, and analyzing performance metrics. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using various analytics tools, generate reports, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization. Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocate resources, and track spending to ensure cost-efficiency and maximize return on investment. Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, and developers, to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless customer experience across digital channels.

Job Requirement: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role in the marketing, advertising, or PR industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and best practices. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including SEO, SEM, social media management, and email marketing platforms. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative digital marketing campaigns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus. Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
