Job Description: Summary: We are seeking a talented Media Planner to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Media Planner, you will play a pivotal role in developing effective media strategies and plans to reach our target audience and maximize campaign performance. Your expertise in media research, audience analysis, and media channel selection will contribute to the success of our marketing, advertising, and PR initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Media Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive media strategies that align with campaign objectives, target audience, and budgetary considerations. Audience Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis of the target audience demographics, behaviors, and media consumption habits to identify the most effective media channels and platforms. Media Channel Selection: Determine the optimal mix of media channels, including television, radio, print, outdoor, and digital platforms, to reach the target audience and achieve campaign goals. Media Planning: Develop detailed media plans, including media schedules, budgets, and ad placements, to ensure the timely and efficient execution of campaigns. Budget Management: Allocate media budgets effectively across different channels and campaigns, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum return on investment. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors, publishers, and agencies to negotiate favorable terms, secure optimal media placements, and stay informed about industry trends. Campaign Optimization: Monitor and evaluate media campaign performance, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights for optimization and future media planning. Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor media activities, identify industry trends, and gather market insights to refine media strategies and maintain a competitive edge. Ad Creative Coordination: Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad creatives that align with media requirements and effectively communicate campaign messaging to the target audience. Reporting and Presentation: Generate regular reports on media campaign performance, including reach, frequency, and cost analysis, and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Job Requirement: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Media Planner or similar role in the marketing, advertising, or PR industry. Strong understanding of media planning principles, practices, and media landscape across different channels. Proficiency in media planning tools, research methodologies, and media buying software. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable recommendations. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey media strategies and insights to stakeholders. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines. Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi market and media landscape is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
