Job Description:
The Agile Facilitator is responsible for guiding teams through Agile practices, ensuring efficient and value-driven project execution. This role supports cross-functional teams by promoting collaboration, facilitating Agile ceremonies (such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews), and removing obstacles that hinder progress. The facilitator works closely with product owners and stakeholders to ensure backlog clarity, prioritization, and team alignment with business objectives. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability, the Agile Facilitator enables teams to deliver incremental value while maintaining high morale and productivity. In Al Ain’s expanding digital and service sectors, this role is essential for organizations undergoing Agile transformation or adopting iterative development frameworks. The facilitator also plays a mentoring role by coaching team members on Agile principles, evaluating team performance, and promoting an adaptive mindset. This position is best suited to individuals passionate about empowering teams and nurturing high-performing Agile environments.
Job Requirement:
A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is required. 2 to 5 years of experience in Agile environments is essential, with a strong grasp of Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe practices. Hands-on experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and working with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps is necessary. Excellent interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and team coaching skills are critical. Scrum Master certification (CSM or PSM) is highly preferred.
