Job Description:
The Agile Trainer in Dubai plays a key role in fostering Agile thinking and implementing Agile methodologies across teams within the organization. The primary objective is to empower cross-functional teams to embrace Agile principles, adopt best practices, and continuously improve performance. This role involves designing and conducting interactive training sessions tailored to various Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe. The trainer will work closely with departments across IT, product development, business analysis, and project management to ensure effective application of Agile concepts in day-to-day operations.
The trainer is expected to evaluate the current Agile maturity of teams, identify skill gaps, and develop customized training programs to address those gaps. By using real-world simulations and role-based exercises, the Agile Trainer ensures that participants understand the practical applications of Agile. The role also involves coaching team members and stakeholders individually or in groups, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and monitoring team performance post-training. The trainer may also contribute to the development of Agile Centers of Excellence and work with senior leadership to drive enterprise-level Agile transformation initiatives. Excellent communication, facilitation, and mentoring skills are crucial in influencing organizational culture and ensuring the long-term success of Agile adoption.
Job Requirement:
Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Agile coaching or training is required. Industry-recognized certifications such as Certified Scrum Trainer (CST), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or PMI-ACP are essential. The candidate must have demonstrated experience in delivering Agile workshops, coaching Agile teams, and driving enterprise Agile initiatives. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, along with a deep understanding of Agile principles and practices, are vital. Experience working in multicultural environments in the UAE or GCC is an added advantage.
