Job Description: We are currently seeking a knowledgeable Application Analyst to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE, within the Information Technology (IT) & Telecommunication industry. As an Application Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and enhancing software applications to meet business requirements and optimize performance. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand application requirements and objectives. Analyze existing software applications and identify areas for improvement or customization. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and technical problems. Perform system testing to ensure application functionality and data integrity. Develop and implement software enhancements and customization based on user needs. Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications. Provide technical support and training to end-users. Monitor and optimize application performance and recommend performance improvements. Stay updated with the latest technology trends and industry best practices.
Job Requirement: Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an Application Analyst or a similar role in the IT industry. Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies. Familiarity with programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, .NET). Understanding of database management systems and SQL. Proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging applications. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Experience with application support and user training. Fluency in English is required, Arabic language skills are a plus.
