The Agile Project Manager is tasked with overseeing Agile project delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and resource allocations. Unlike traditional project managers, this role operates within Agile frameworks to support iterative development, fast feedback loops, and adaptive planning. The Agile Project Manager collaborates with product owners, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution from concept to delivery. Key responsibilities include managing sprint cycles, tracking velocity, resolving impediments, coordinating cross-team dependencies, and maintaining risk registers. In Dubai’s fast-paced innovation-driven ecosystem, the Agile Project Manager plays a vital role in driving digital transformation, ensuring responsive project cycles, and maintaining team momentum. The role requires a deep understanding of Agile practices, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to maintain visibility on progress, KPIs, and scope changes while supporting a culture of accountability and self-organization.
Job Requirement:
A bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline is required. 3 to 5 years of project management experience with at least 2 years in Agile environments is preferred. Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban), experience using Agile project tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana), and Scrum Master or PMI-ACP certification is a plus. Candidates should possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills and demonstrate the ability to manage timelines and deliverables in a dynamic setting.
