Job Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Air Traffic Management, or a related field. Proven experience as an Air Traffic Controller, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role. Valid Air Traffic Control license or certification. Excellent knowledge of air traffic control procedures, regulations, and industry standards. Strong leadership and management skills to oversee a team of air traffic controllers. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with pilots, aviation personnel, and stakeholders. Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under high-pressure situations. Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
