Job Description: As an Air Traffic Control Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the operations of an air traffic control facility and ensure the safe and efficient movement of aircraft. You will be responsible for managing a team of air traffic controllers, coordinating with pilots and other aviation personnel, and maintaining compliance with aviation regulations and procedures. Your role will involve monitoring air traffic, providing instructions to pilots, and resolving conflicts or emergencies that may arise. Additionally, you will be responsible for scheduling and training air traffic control staff, implementing safety protocols, and overseeing the maintenance and functionality of air traffic control equipment. Strong leadership, decision-making skills, and a thorough understanding of air traffic control operations are essential for success in this role.

Job Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Air Traffic Management, or a related field. Proven experience as an Air Traffic Controller, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role. Valid Air Traffic Control license or certification. Excellent knowledge of air traffic control procedures, regulations, and industry standards. Strong leadership and management skills to oversee a team of air traffic controllers. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with pilots, aviation personnel, and stakeholders. Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under high-pressure situations. Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency in using air traffic control systems, radar equipment, and related technology. Strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and resolve conflicts. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities. Knowledge of aviation safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
