Job Description: As an Airport Duty Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and coordinate the operations of an airport on a day-to-day basis. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of airport facilities, including terminals, runways, and related infrastructure. Your role will involve monitoring flight schedules, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and security protocols. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and resolving operational issues, ensuring excellent customer service, and implementing emergency response procedures when necessary. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Job Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Airport Operations, or a related field. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Proven experience in airport operations or a similar role, preferably in a leadership position. Comprehensive knowledge of aviation regulations, safety protocols, and industry best practices. Strong leadership and decision-making skills to effectively manage airport operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders, including airlines, ground handling services, and regulatory agencies. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve operational issues. Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of airport management systems and software is advantageous. Ability to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements. Willingness to undergo any necessary training or certifications as required by the airport authority or regulatory bodies.
