Job Description: As an Airport Operation Officer, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of an airport. You will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing various aspects of airport operations, including passenger services, baggage handling, aircraft ground movement, and facilities maintenance. Your role will involve monitoring and enforcing compliance with safety and security regulations, coordinating with airlines, ground handlers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient operations. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and resolving operational issues, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and maintaining accurate records and reports. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Job Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Airport Operations, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in airport operations or a similar role. In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations, safety procedures, and industry best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, airlines, and passengers. Strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and make timely decisions. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Attention to detail to ensure compliance with regulations and standards. Proficiency in using computer systems and software for operations management. Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to handle stressful situations and make quick and effective decisions. Customer-focused approach and commitment to providing excellent service. Knowledge of airport facilities, ground handling processes, and aircraft movement. Willingness to undergo training and obtain necessary certifications as required.
