Job Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in airline operations or a managerial role in the aviation industry. Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, safety procedures, and industry standards. Excellent leadership and management skills to oversee and guide a diverse team. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, customers, and stakeholders. Financial acumen to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and make informed decisions. Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve operational goals. Strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and make timely decisions. Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, including irregular hours and weekends. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities. Proficiency in using computer systems and software related to airline operations. Knowledge of aircraft operations, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
