Job Description: As an Airport Operations Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to support the efficient and safe operations of an airport. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including airlines, ground handling services, and airport authorities, to ensure seamless operations. Your role will involve monitoring and coordinating activities such as aircraft ground movement, passenger services, baggage handling, and facilities maintenance. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety and security regulations, responding to operational issues and emergencies, and maintaining accurate records and reports. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are crucial for success in this role.

Job Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in Aviation Management or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in airport operations or a related field is an advantage. Knowledge of aviation regulations, safety procedures, and industry best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and make timely decisions. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Attention to detail to ensure compliance with regulations and standards. Proficiency in using computer systems and software for operations management. Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to handle stressful situations and make quick and effective decisions. Customer-focused approach and commitment to providing excellent service. Knowledge of airport facilities, ground handling processes, and aircraft movement. Willingness to undergo training and obtain necessary certifications as required.
