Job Description: As an Assistant Manager Airside Operations, your primary responsibility will be to support the efficient and safe operations of the airside area at an airport. You will work closely with the Airside Operations Manager and other stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of aircraft movements, ramp operations, and ground handling services. Your role will involve monitoring airside activities, enforcing compliance with safety and security regulations, and coordinating with airlines, ground handlers, and other service providers. Additionally, you will assist in managing operational issues, conducting inspections of airside facilities, and maintaining accurate records and reports. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are crucial for success in this role.

Job Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in airside operations or a similar role is an advantage. Knowledge of aviation regulations, safety procedures, and industry best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and make timely decisions. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Attention to detail to ensure compliance with regulations and standards. Proficiency in using computer systems and software for operations management. Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to handle stressful situations and make quick and effective decisions. Familiarity with airside operations, aircraft movement, and ground handling processes. Willingness to undergo training and obtain necessary certifications as required.
