Job Description: As an Airport Security Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage all aspects of security operations at an airport. You will work closely with security staff, law enforcement agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure the safety and security of passengers, employees, and airport facilities. Your role will involve developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and protocols, conducting security risk assessments, and coordinating security training and awareness programs. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of access control measures, surveillance systems, and security screening procedures. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Job Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in airport security or a similar role. In-depth knowledge of aviation security regulations, procedures, and industry best practices. Excellent leadership and management skills to oversee a diverse security team. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, stakeholders, and law enforcement agencies. Strong problem-solving skills to address security challenges and make timely decisions. Knowledge of security technologies, access control systems, and surveillance equipment. Proficiency in using computer systems and software related to security management. Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to handle stressful situations and manage security incidents effectively. Strong attention to detail to ensure compliance with security protocols and regulations. Familiarity with airport operations, passenger screening procedures, and security screening processes. Willingness to undergo training and obtain necessary certifications as required.
