Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, stakeholders, and law enforcement agencies. Strong problem-solving skills to address security challenges and make timely decisions. Knowledge of security technologies, access control systems, and surveillance equipment. Proficiency in using computer systems and software related to security management. Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to handle stressful situations and manage security incidents effectively. Strong attention to detail to ensure compliance with security protocols and regulations. Familiarity with airport operations, passenger screening procedures, and security screening processes. Willingness to undergo training and obtain necessary certifications as required.
