Job Description: As an Airport Ground Handling Executive, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and coordinate the ground handling operations at an airport. You will work closely with airlines, ground handling service providers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations on the ground. Your role will involve supervising the activities of ground handling staff, such as baggage handlers, ramp agents, and aircraft cleaners, to ensure adherence to safety protocols and service standards. You will also be responsible for coordinating aircraft arrival and departure processes, managing baggage handling procedures, and resolving operational issues in a timely manner. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are crucial for success in this role.

Job Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Airport Operations, or a related field. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Proven experience in airport ground handling operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role. In-depth knowledge of ground handling procedures, safety regulations, and industry best practices. Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and coordinate with various stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving skills to quickly address operational issues and implement effective solutions. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of airport management systems and software is advantageous. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Willingness to undergo any necessary training or certifications as required by the airport authority or regulatory bodies.
