Job Description: As a Bank Teller in Vancouver, Canada, within the Finance, Banking & Insurance industry, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and performing various banking transactions. Job Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field is a plus). Prior experience as a Bank Teller or in customer service within the Finance, Banking & Insurance industry is preferred. Knowledge of banking products, services, and procedures. Excellent numerical and math skills with a high level of accuracy. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle cash transactions efficiently. Proficient in using computer systems and basic software applications. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients. Solid problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Trustworthy and able to maintain the confidentiality of customer information. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and some evenings.
