Strong knowledge of financial products, services, and industry regulations. Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve branch targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Exceptional customer service skills, with a customer-centric approach. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges and make informed business decisions. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with customers, employees, and stakeholders. Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the financial industry. Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools. Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities.
