Job Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (relevant certifications or designations are advantageous). Proven experience in the Finance, Banking & Insurance industry, specifically in broker relations or a similar role. Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting processes, and industry regulations. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain effective partnerships with brokers. Ability to understand and respond to broker inquiries, providing accurate information and assistance. Proficient in analyzing broker performance data and identifying areas for improvement or growth. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple broker relationships and priorities. Knowledge of market trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to brokers. Ability to collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters, claims specialists, and marketing professionals. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to address issues and ensure positive broker experiences. Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and market dynamics.
