Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Planner to join our team in Laval, Canada. As a Senior Financial Planner, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive financial planning services to clients within the Finance, Banking & Insurance industry. Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and objectives, and providing personalized financial planning advice. Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including cash flow analysis, investment analysis, retirement planning, and risk assessment, to develop tailored financial plans. Investment Advisory: Provide investment recommendations and strategies based on clients' risk tolerance, time horizon, and financial goals, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements. Tax Planning: Collaborate with tax specialists to develop tax-efficient strategies and optimize clients' tax positions. Estate Planning: Assist clients in developing estate plans, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, to ensure their assets are protected and transferred according to their wishes. Retirement Planning: Assess clients' retirement readiness, develop retirement income strategies, and recommend appropriate pension plans, annuities, and other retirement products. Insurance Analysis: Evaluate clients' insurance needs and provide recommendations for life, health, disability, and long-term care insurance coverage. Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, including Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

Job Requirement: Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) are required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning, preferably in the Finance, Banking & Insurance industry. Strong knowledge of financial planning principles, investment products, tax regulations, and insurance options. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner. Proven track record in developing and implementing comprehensive financial plans for clients. Ability to work independently, manage client relationships, and meet client needs and expectations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Proficiency in financial planning software and tools.
