Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and industry regulations. Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Excellent understanding of financial reporting and analysis software. Experience in managing financial operations, including financial statement preparation, month-end and year-end closing processes, and general ledger reconciliation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Leadership abilities with experience in team management and development. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Familiarity with relevant financial software and tools.
